In order to print to the proper display size, only application via e-mail will be accepted.
In the e-mail, please reember to include:
1. your name (applicant's name)
2. the name(s) of the child(ren) in the picture you send.
*There is a possiblity for your pictures to show up on our blog and/or our website.
We are awaiting for your application until April 10, 2014.
